STELLA & CHRISTA
STELLA is a
Chicago-based illustrator and ice cream enthusiast. She is a tireless activist for allergy awareness, and is severely
allergic to peanuts, some tree nuts, fin fish, and wasp stings. Thanks
to immunotherapy (in other words, a lot of shots) she may outsmart that wasp
allergy very soon. As of this printing she is 7 years old.
CHRISTA is an
artist, organizer, and educator. She'll try eating just about any food,
but can only eat chocolate in moderation. She teaches classes in
creative research, multisensory art, and small-press zines at the School
of the Art Institute of Chicago.
